The service
Cursed Images is a curated image archive operated by Cursed Images operator. You may browse it without an account. The operator may add, remove, hide, reclassify, or relabel content and may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Content and third-party rights
Images and other material may be owned by third parties. Source notes, attribution, and rights-risk labels are editorial information, not legal advice or a guarantee that material may be reused. Access to the archive does not grant you a license to copy, publish, or commercially use third-party content; you are responsible for obtaining any permission you need.
Acceptable use
Do not attack or disrupt the service, bypass security or access controls, overload it with automated requests, misuse its forms, submit knowingly false claims, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability
The archive is provided on an “as available” basis. Metadata may be incomplete or mistaken, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the operator makes no additional warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
